Well, you’re here, you found this blog, so I suspect you’ve been looking for a review The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter, yes? CONFESSION TIME: I very very rarely buy the same beauty item twice.
Why? my blogger friends ask as they recoil in horror into their piles of duplicate products.
Well huns, I very rarely fall so hard for a product I want to repurchase it, and the market is SATURATED with fresh new alternatives on the daily to satisfy my curiosity of “is this the one!?”
Today, that all changes. That’s right, I’ve found “the one”, I’m in love, it’s all over, the search for the perfect makeup cleanser starts and finishes right here.
ISN’T IT PRETTY. This cleansing balm contains extracts of shea butter and camomile, at just £11 per pot, it’s not a bad buy at all. You just pop a dot into the palm of your hand, and similarly to coconut oil, skin temperature melts it to an oily consistency. You can rub it all over your face, and then I wipe away my melted makeup with a wet flannel. This is safe enough and strong enough to use around the eyes – bonus you only need one go. I’m talking full face full coverage foundation powders setting sprays and superglue* melts off with this bad b*tch.
There is very little scent to the balm, which I really like. It doesn’t leave my eyes watering at the hit of chemicals unlike some products. This balm is really gentle but works AMAZINGLY without damaging my skin. It saves on waste, works wonders on my skin, and it’s from a brand who are do gooders (and do good dizzy codes too).

Love this! I just recently picked up the oil version but haven’t tried it yet but definitely been intrigued by this version too. It sounds so so nice and gentle on the skin! I can’t believe it gets all that makeup off in one go!
